Developed simple, effective technical delivery process and doubled the production of design deliverables for a large Commercial Centre project, from 18 weeks to 10 weeks.

Created building designs, detailed drawings & specifications for commercial, industrial and residential projects, based on clients’ needs & budget.
Performed site visits and meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss feasibility of designs.
Prepared ideas, 3d model, rendering, and presentation in Conceptual Design to win 4 projects of Bar, Apartment, Campus, Complex Plant, and Restaurant, with contract values up to $6 million dollars.
Successfully created design proposals & feasibility presentations for Playboy to invest into Vietnam’s entertainment industry.
