ROLE IN PROJECT: Assistant Project Manager

LOCATION: Saigon, Vietnam

DESCRIPTION: 1,354,140 sf GBA new  apartment & mixed use.

COMPLETION DATE: Est. Q1/2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attended weekly site coordination meeting between client, consultants and contractors and prepared agenda, MOM, RFI and other documents and reported to Project Manager and Construction Manager.

• Evaluated trades based on their price, expertise, experience, capital, reputation, etc. and reported to Project Manager and Construction Manager.

• Reviewed construction drawings and specifications for conflicts to submit to Team Leaders.

• Visited site and coordinated between the office and the construction site.

• Proposed alternative plannings followed client's requests and submitted to Team Leaders.
