ROLE IN PROJECT: Design Team Leader - Project Coordinator

LOCATION: My Tho, Vietnam

OWNER: Central Plaza My Tho Thien Ho Corp.

DESCRIPTION: 205,000 sf GBA new  hotel high rise.

COMPLETION DATE: Est. Q4/2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinated between architecture, structure, MEP departments.

• Reviewed drawings from departments for conflicts.

• Reviewed drawings from subconsultants, shop drawings from contractors, soil analysis, etc. and distributed the information.

• Created design schedule.

• Prepare contracts.

• Controlled estimation.

• Controlled contract documents.

• Developed building with BIM.
